America's Floor Source Exterior | V3 Painting

This large-format commercial project repainted the exterior of the America's Floor Source showroom and warehouse — a big-box building where scale is the challenge. Long, tall elevations like these call for airless sprayers, lifts, and a crew that can keep coverage even and consistent across the entire facade.

We brought a modern two-tone scheme to the building: a deep charcoal field with lighter pilasters and trim that frame the tall arched window bays and give the long facade rhythm and depth. Clean transitions between the two tones were key to making a simple commercial box look intentional and current.

Durability mattered as much as looks. We specified commercial-grade exterior coatings built to resist fading and weather on a building this exposed, prepped the masonry and panels properly for adhesion, and kept the lot and entrances clear so the business stayed open throughout the project.
