Dunkin' Exterior Repaint | V3 Painting

This commercial exterior project refreshed a Dunkin' location from the parking lot in — a high-traffic restaurant that needed to look sharp without ever closing its doors. National brand standards mean the colors have to be exactly right, so we matched the specified palette across the siding, stucco, and accent panels.
Restaurant exteriors take a beating from sun, weather, and constant traffic, so prep drove the job: washing down every surface, addressing any failing areas, and masking glass, signage, and the drive-thru hardware before a drop of paint went on. We worked around business hours to keep the drive-thru moving and the entrance clear for customers.
The finished building shows clean two-tone siding, a fresh charcoal base, and the crisp orange accents the brand is known for — applied with weather-resistant commercial coatings built to hold their color through Kentucky's seasons.
