For this Monticello Bank branch, V3 Painting repainted the building exterior and drive-thru canopy — a financial institution that needs to project stability and care every time a customer pulls up. The work covered the main facade, the masonry accents, and the columns and soffits under the canopy.

A bank exterior has a lot of detail to keep crisp: window frames, brick wainscot, trim returns, and the standing-seam canopy structure. We prepped and cleaned each surface, protected the glass and the gray brick base, and cut clean lines between the body color, the darker accents, and the metal roofline so everything reads sharp from the lot.

We scheduled the work to keep the branch and drive-thru accessible, sequencing areas so the bank stayed open for business. The result is a clean, freshly finished exterior that looks professional and holds up to weather and daily traffic.
